Who doesn’t love a walkout basement. We have one. Basements generally are a great way to add a pile of square footage for bedrooms, rec rooms, storage, game room, media room, home office or whatever extra room you want. When they’re a walkout design, much of the basement can have a non-basement feel, as in doesn’t feel like it’s subterranean. With this collection of house plans, I got specific by including only walkout basement designs with a total of four bedrooms.
