Industrial Distribution Facility Slated for Major SC Swap>Columbia Business Report
A new speculative industrial distribution facility totaling over 675,000 square feet is planned for a major SC intersection.
Bowman Industrial Center, a 677,160 square foot facility at the intersection of Highways 26 and 95 in Bowman, is expected to be online in the third quarter of 2023. The project is being developed by DG Real Estate and marketed to potential distributors and manufacturers by Colliers South Carolina’s industry brokerage team of Matt Pickard and Chole Heiligenstein, according to a press release from Colliers.
The speculative Class A building will feature ceiling heights of 36 feet, 309 employee parking spaces and 184 trailer parking spaces, among other amenities.
