The Cliffs Announces Over $55 Million in First Quarter 2022 Sales

Cliffs Realty announced on April 11 that sales for its brokerage teams in the first quarter of 2022 included $55,732,811 from 74 transactions, which represents a 13% increase in transactions and a 45% increase in volume compared to the same period in 2021.

“In the first quarter of 2022, we again saw record sales at The Cliffs,” said Rob Duckett, president of operations at South Street Partners. “Our seven lake and mountain club communities offer unparalleled access to diverse and exceptional natural landscapes that continue to attract buyer interest, complemented by the continued investment in exceptional new facilities and home building programs under the management of South Street Partners.”

The breakdown of sales at The Cliffs properties includes:

  • 14 properties sold at Walnut Cove Cliffs – over $15.6 million
  • 34 properties sold at Glassy Cliffs – over $22.6 million
  • 26 properties sold at Keowee Falls cliffs – over $15.6 million
